How it works

How does equipped.club work? +

We identify high-demand specialty equipment (coffee machines, laser skin devices, dental chairs, trade tools) and negotiate directly with importers to secure a batch at wholesale pricing. We then open a limited number of slots to small business owners in that industry at the negotiated price, with funding powered by Grenke.

We bundle demand to unlock deals that no individual business could negotiate on their own. When the grid fills, the deal closes and we move forward with the order.

When will I receive my equipment? +

Once the number of slots is reached, equipment will be installed within 3 months, depending on availability and your location. We work with the supplier and a professional installation team to coordinate delivery and setup for every business in the drop.

You'll receive a confirmation and estimated timeline once your slot is secured.

What is the $100 deposit for? +

To secure your slot, a refundable deposit of $100 is required. This confirms your place in the drop and allows us to commit to the supplier.

Your deposit is fully refunded when the equipment is installed, or if you miss out on a slot because the drop filled before your application was processed. You'll never be out of pocket.

How does the funding work? +

Funding is powered by Grenke and arranged directly with the equipment deal. You choose a term between 2 and 5 years. We'll show you an indicative monthly payment when you apply.

Grenke handles the full cost of the equipment. You make fixed monthly payments over your chosen term. No balloon payments, no hidden fees, no upfront cost beyond the $100 refundable deposit.

What is the credit application process? +

Once you submit your application, Grenke conducts a standard credit assessment. This is a normal part of any equipment financing arrangement and typically takes 1 to 2 business days.

If your application is approved, we'll send deposit instructions to lock in your slot. If the credit assessment is unsuccessful, your $100 deposit is refunded in full. No cost, no obligation.

What happens if the drop doesn't fill? +

If we don't reach the minimum number of slots before the drop closes, all deposits are refunded in full and no orders are placed. There is zero risk to you.

Who can claim a slot? +

Each drop is targeted at a specific industry: cafes, beauty salons, dental practices, trades, and others. Any registered small business in that category can apply for a slot, subject to two conditions:

  • Your business must have been registered for at least 2 years.
  • Securing a slot is subject to credit approval by Grenke. If your application is unsuccessful, your $100 deposit is refunded in full.

Slots are first-come, first-served. Once the grid fills, the drop closes.
